Terms of Service Agreement

By booking services, clients agree to the following terms and policies.

Payments

Payment is due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled service will not be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the booking fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Vaccinations

Dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations, including rabies and DHPP. Proof of vaccination may be requested before bookings are confirmed.

Pet Behaviour & Safety

Clients agree to disclose any behavioural concerns, medical conditions, anxieties, or aggression prior to services. Services may be refused if a pet poses a safety risk.

Emergency Care

In the event of a medical emergency, every effort will be made to contact the owner immediately. If necessary, veterinary care will be sought on the pet’s behalf. Any veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Transportation & Emergencies

The nearest veterinary services for Banff and Lake Louise are located in Canmore. While I do not have a personal vehicle, emergency transportation arrangements will be made immediately if veterinary care is required.

Meet & Greets

Meet & greets are recommended for all new clients and are based on availability prior to the booking date.

Liability

While every effort is made to provide safe, loving care, clients understand that pet care involves inherent risks. I am not responsible for illness, injury, escape, or incidents beyond reasonable control.
